DONteCuida is a Support Program for our Employees and their families, aimed at contributing to their well-being by providing support in the daily challenges of both work and personal life.This program offers an assistance service with access to consultations with professionals from various fields, including psychological, financial, legal, and more. Available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, employees can access it with complete confidentiality and, of course, on a voluntary basis.

This service is free, and employees can access DONteCuida anytime and from anywhere, only requiring access to the mobile application and an internet connection.

This initiative aligns with our purpose of creating a positive impact on society. With this tool, we aim to assist our employees in improving their health and quality of life, fostering a healthier work environment where they feel supported and capable of facing daily challenges.
