Environmental strategy

At DONTE GROUP we want to be part of the solution to climate change and we are working to continuously improve our environmental management, to make increasingly efficient use of resources and reduce our carbon footprint.

Our Environmental Policy and the Good Environmental Practices Manual guide the commitments, measures and objectives to identify environmental risks, promote a responsible culture and environmental awareness in the teams. In addition, through the Energy Efficiency Manual and the Guide for Improving Sustainability in the Clinic, we promote measures to encourage energy efficiency, the reduction of paper consumption and waste management.

Environmental commitment in actions

Our commitments are translated into actions and at DONTE GROUP we work to carry out initiatives that have a positive impact on the environment and on the group's activity.

DONTE GROUP Forest

In collaboration with Bosquia, and within the framework of corporate volunteering actions, DONTE GROUP professionals have participated in the reforestation of Prádena del Rincón, in the northern mountains of Madrid, with the planting of 1,700 trees on 2 hectares of deforested land. This action will offset 238 tonnes of CO2.

Vellmari Association and Manu San Félix for the protection and restoration of the Mediterranean Sea

We joined forces with the Vellmari Association and Manu San Felix, its founder, marine biologist and National Geographic explorer, to protect and restore the Mediterranean Sea.

With this collaboration, we have donated 10,000 euros to Vellmarí, which promotes the protection of at least 30% of the Mediterranean through education and awareness. In addition, we have committed to replant 500 posidonia plants, essential to the marine ecosystem and very sensitive to pollution, before the end of the year.
