Corporate Governance
At DONTE GROUP, we aim to be at the forefront of the industry in managing a responsible business committed to creating a positive social impact.
To achieve our goals, we work through Corporate Culture and Governance on:

Our Code of Conduct guides the ethical and honest behavior of the entire organization, extending this commitment throughout the value chain.
The demand for honesty, communication, and business transparency defines our work towards society in general and our patients in particular, to whom we are committed for placing their trust in DONTE GROUP.

In accordance with our transparency and code of conduct, we do not contribute financially to any political or commercial organization. The only contributions we make, which are publicly available, are our participation in business organizations such as CEOE, or donations and contributions to NGOs and entities with a positive social impact aligned with our purpose, such as the Fundación SIFU.
The only commitment, more social than political, that DONTE GROUP is undertaking is advocating for the extension of oral health coverage in the public health system. We contribute through studies and reports that quantify how this aspiration could become a reality, aligning with the global oral health strategy promoted by the WHO.
To become a supplier for DONTE GROUP, you must receive an invitation to participate in a bidding process through the Ariba Sourcing Procurement platform, ensuring full transparency and auditability from start to finish.
As part of the Ariba registration, you will need to accept the General Purchasing Conditions and the Supplier Code of Conduct, committing to comply with Social, Environmental, and Governance (ESG) standards.
The platform will provide access to the tender’s terms and technical specifications, and you can also use it to clarify any questions regarding the process.
Submitted proposals will be assessed based on both economic and technical criteria, followed by a sustainability evaluation using our ESG Supplier Assessment Questionnaire.
