Social commitment
We do this by providing development opportunities for our professionals and associates, providing the best and most accessible service to our patients, and positively impacting the communities in which we work.

We care for our patients
Patients are at the centre of our activity and to care for their oral health we offer them the most innovative treatments with the latest digital technology in diagnostic tools, the best materials and financing for their treatments.
The three elements that ensure the health, safety and well-being of our patients are the Medical Management and its Quality Centre and the Data Privacy Policy.

We care for our professionals and collaborators
Our commitment to our professionals is based on the following pillars: the promotion of Equality, Inclusion, Diversity and Human Rights; Health and Safety at work, and the Professional Development and Loyalty of our Talent.
We promote the wellbeing of our employees, offering them measures to reconcile their personal and professional lives, support plans for physical and emotional wellbeing, and the promotion of a healthy work-life balance.

We care for our community
Our commitment to employment and local development is total and that is why we seek to create close relationships. In addition, we collaborate with non-profit organisations, supporting groups in vulnerable situations by providing them with access to oral health and thus contributing to their democratisation.
Thus, during the last year, more than 10,000 people (people with disabilities, the elderly, women victims of gender violence, and other groups) were attended to through collaboration agreements.
As part of our commitment to the environment in which we operate, in 2023 DONTE GROUP's professionals took part in a number of...
In addition, as part of our drive to continue generating a positive social impact, we collaborate with various foundations and social organisations.
