Advancing inclusion: signing of the Inserta Agreement with Fundación ONCE to integrate talent with disabilities into our clinics

At DONTE GROUP, we continue to take firm steps forward in our commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities. We have signed an Inserta Agreement with Fundación ONCE, a collaboration that strengthens our relationship with Grupo Social ONCE and aims to integrate professionals with disabilities into the teams at our clinics.

Through Inserta Empleo, Fundación ONCE’s human resources organization, candidates will be preselected and trained to fill positions across the group.

We are also moving forward in terms of accessibility — progressively adapting our clinics with ramps, accessible restrooms, and street-level entrances, criteria already applied to newly opened centers. In addition, we are working to make our websites more accessible and to offer specific training to our professionals on how to assist people with disabilities.

This partnership adds to the existing agreement with Grupo Social ONCE, which allows more than 140,000 people —including members, employees, and their immediate families— to access exclusive benefits and preferential conditions for treatments across all our brands: Vitaldent, Moonz, Smysecret, and MAEX.
