DONTE GROUP has achieved the Top Employer 2025 Certification in Spain. In this way, we have become the first oral health company to receive this seal in our country. This certificate reflects our commitment to achieve better employment measures for our staff.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies leading organisations in people practices based on their participation and results in its HR Best Practices Survey. In this survey, employees answer questions in 20 HR areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion.
In the words of our Director of Talent and Compensation, Elena Pérez, ‘this recognition is a reflection of our solid track record over time’. In addition, she has expressed that ‘each person in our team has unique needs and, in DONTE GROUP, we are aware of this’; therefore, one of its objectives is that ‘our colleagues feel supported in their development and motivated and recognised within the company’.
‘This year, the Top Employers Certification Programme highlights the commitment of our certified companies, which continue to set the trends by consistently developing high-level strategies and practices,’ said Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink. He added that they are ‘proud to recognise DONTE GROUP, whose leaders and teams put people at the centre, as Top Employers in 2025’.
Our commitment to people
DONTE GROUP, through its Sustainability and ESG Plan, has managed to focus its wellbeing practices on its employees in order to improve their working life. ‘We are clear that it is essential to take care of the material, mental and emotional well-being of our employees, promoting their professional and personal development and growth, reconciling it with family life and providing not only economic but also social wealth, in a motivating, safe and sustainable environment’, has defended Elena Pérez.
Our programme is based on three parts: caring for the planet, culture and governance, and caring for people. ‘Each of these pillars is clearly aligned with the leadership model and purpose with which the group was born, that is, to contribute to improving dentistry, society and the planet, making oral health accessible to everyone,’ concluded our corporate director of People and Sustainability, Óscar Romero.
