At DONTE GROUP, We Embrace Diversity: Introducing the #InclúyeME Program

At DONTE GROUP, we celebrate LGTBIQ+ Pride Month with the launch of the #InclúyeME program, an initiative by the Diversity Committee that symbolizes our acceptance and respect for all individuals, regardless of their condition.

Since April, our Diversity Committee, focused on three pillars (Women in DONTE GROUP, LGTBIQ+, and people with disabilities), has driven various actions. Among these, the highlighting of the Vitaldent Fuenlabrada facade and our central offices with rainbow colors stands out.

We have joined the UN’s Partnership for Global LGTBIQ+ Equality, an alliance that seeks to accelerate LGTBIQ+ equality and inclusion worldwide. Additionally, we have launched a dedicated complaints channel and an LGTBIQ+ harassment protocol to ensure compliance with the Law of Real and Effective Equality for Trans People and the Guarantee of LGTBI Rights.

In 2023, we joined the Red Empresarial por la Diversidad e Inclusión LGBTI (REDI) association to promote diversity in the workplace, becoming the first company in the dental health sector to do so. To better understand the unique challenges faced by the LGTBIQ+ community, our Board of Directors participated in a training session led by Óscar Muñoz, co-director of REDI. This sensitization session is part of our commitment to implementing best practices that promote inclusive leadership and culture.
