Madrid, 12 May 2026.- DONTE GROUP, the oral healthcare group, closed FY2025 with revenues exceeding €427 million, representing growth of close to 11% compared to the previous year, and significantly outperforming the wider dental market. The result reinforces the strong momentum achieved over the past three years, with sustained near double-digit annual growth.
“These results reflect the strength of our model and our team’s ability to execute with excellence in an increasingly demanding environment. We are growing well ahead of the market because we are delivering a clear strategy under a differentiated multi-brand model, while our teams remain focused on continuously improving the patient experience and making oral healthcare more accessible to everyone”, said Javier Martín Ocaña, CEO of DONTE GROUP.
Record patient volumes and growth across all brands
Fiscal year 2025 marks a historic milestone for DONTE GROUP, which reached a record high of close to 750,000 diagnoses carried out.
Across the group’s brands, business performance reflects the success of its multi-brand strategy. Vitaldent continued to strengthen its market leadership with 407 clinics and close to 707,000 patients diagnosed in 2025. MAEX, the group’s specialist dentistry brand, delivered the strongest growth, reaching 18 highly specialised clinics and almost tripling activity compared with the previous year.
Meanwhile, Moonz, DONTE GROUP’s brand specialising in children’s and teenagers’ oral health, maintained its network of 15 clinics while recording strong growth in activity, with close to 13,000 patients diagnosed.
The network expanded to 440 wholly owned clinics across Spain, 23 more than in 2024, with a presence in almost 100% of towns and cities with populations above 50,000, further strengthening territorial coverage and proximity to patients. In a highly fragmented market, where close to 23,000 independent clinics operate, DONTE GROUP continues to accelerate market consolidation.
Strategic Plan 2025-2030: national leadership and European benchmark
DONTE GROUP remains firmly on track with its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, which aims to exceed 1.3 million patients, operate 600 wholly owned clinics and generate more than €700 million in revenue by 2030.
The plan includes the creation of more than 1,000 new jobs and the addition of between 400 and 500 highly qualified collaborating dentists. Continued investment in technology will include CT scanners, intraoral scanners, artificial intelligence systems for pre-diagnosis, guided surgery, 3D printing, conscious sedation and remote dental monitoring.
People and talent: Spain’s first Top Employer in the dental sector
DONTE GROUP strengthened its organisation to 3,300 employees and more than 2,300 collaborating dentists, bringing the total workforce to more than 5,600 professionals. Over recent years, the group has added close to 300 new professionals to its workforce.
A major milestone during the year was achievement of the Top Employer 2025 certification, making DONTE GROUP the first oral healthcare company in Spain to receive the accreditation. This international recognition validates best practices in talent management, professional development and corporate culture. In this regard, the company continues to promote professional development programmes, improvements in working conditions and safer, healthier workplaces.
Patient experience also remains a key priority. The group receives more than 40,000 new reviews each year, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 68 points across its clinics.
#HuellaDONTE: Social impact, accessibility and sustainability
DONTE GROUP has intensified cooperation with social organisations to improve access to oral healthcare for vulnerable groups. Through strategic partnerships with Cruz Roja Española, Cáritas and Grupo Social ONCE, among others, the company has supported hundreds of people through subsidised treatment fees, free diagnoses and interest-free financing.
In 2025, the company quantified for the first time, using the Impact Frontiers methodology, the social value generated by its activity, amounting to €12.6 million interest-free financing provided to patients. In addition, the company treated more than 500 vulnerable patients, underlining the group’s contribution to the democratizing access to oral healthcare and its positive impact on the disposable income of disadvantaged groups.
DONTE GROUP also continued to implement its Decarbonisation Plan through initiatives including the progressive electrification of its fleet, the rollout of environmental best practices across its clinic network and the digitalisation of processes to reduce paper consumption.
The company also carried out its first climate risk assessment, incorporating both physical and transition risks, further strengthening its ability to anticipate and respond to climate change. In performance terms, the group achieved a 10% reduction in energy consumption per patient and a 41% reduction in CO₂ emissions per patient.
“We look to the future convinced that growth only has meaning when it is accompanied by positive impact. We want to continue leading the transformation of the sector, expanding access to oral healthcare and creating value for society, our patients and our professionals. That is the commitment guiding every step we take as a company,” added Martín Ocaña.
