Through initiatives such as our collaboration with Fundación PRODIS, we provide personalized care and special conditions for individuals with intellectual disabilities in our clinics. Additionally, we have welcomed two PRODIS students to our team. “This partnership exemplifies the positive impact a well-designed inclusion policy can achieve. We also focus on training our teams across more than 80 clinics, supported by Fundación PRODIS, to ensure appropriate and tailored care for all patients. “One of the key achievements of the Diversity Committee, created to foster safe environments, projects, and protocols, has been the training and development of team members to care for people with disabilities—something essential and fundamental in the dental sector,” says Dr. María Latorre, Periodontics Coordinator and member of DONTE GROUP’s Diversity Committee.
