The Institute for the Development and Integration of Healthcare creates a working group on oral health focused on sector analysis.
At DONTE GROUP, we work every day to improve people’s quality of life through the care of their oral health. We understand that its impact goes beyond aesthetics, directly influencing overall health and well-being. Although awareness of the importance of oral care has grown in recent years, we still see the need to advance in the improvement of dental services and address the real needs of patients.
In this context, we have joined the IDIS Foundation as a trustee and as part of its oral health working group. This initiative, which includes entities such as Asisa, Axa, Caser, DKV Seguros, HM Hospitales, IMQ, Mapfre, Orden Hospitalaria San Juan de Dios, Grupo Recoletas, Sanitas, and Segurcaixa Adeslas, aims to analyze sector challenges, promote the implementation of innovative technology, and foster strategic alliances that enhance the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral diseases. With our incorporation, there are now 38 entities involved in this initiative and 100 organizations that are part of the IDIS Foundation.
For us, this step is key to reinforcing the recognition of the fundamental role of oral health within the healthcare system. As our CEO, Javier Martín Ocaña, highlights, “our incorporation into the IDIS Foundation represents a crucial step in raising awareness of the importance of preventive oral health care, given its close relationship with overall health and its possible link to systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, or stroke. Through this alliance, we will address key sector challenges, such as demonstrating the impact of oral health on quality of life, extending dental service coverage through public-private collaboration, advancing technological transformation in the sector, and strengthening patient trust in our professionals.”
At DONTE GROUP, we reaffirm our commitment to accessibility and innovation in dentistry, working alongside institutions and experts to ensure that oral health receives the recognition it deserves within the healthcare field.
