We welcome Elena Pérez as our new Director of Talent and Compensation

We are strengthening DONTE GROUP’s Corporate General Directorate of People and Sustainability with the appointment of Elena Pérez Martínez as the new Director of Talent and Compensation. Her role will be key in enhancing our talent acquisition and retention strategy across all our brands: Moonz, Smysecret, Vitaldent, and MAEX.

Elena brings extensive experience in people management, having led projects in HR transformation, employer branding, and leadership development at both national and international levels. Her solid academic background includes a degree in Pedagogy, two master’s degrees in Personnel Management and HR Management, and certifications in HR Analytics.

This appointment aligns with our commitment to the well-being and professional growth of our teams.
